Week 21 to 23 - Parallel MD

1) There should always be 1 cycle reserved for parallel MDs in the PSB. The first main study will focus on LHC beams production in 1 batch instead of 2 (LHC75 and then LHC50 in 1 batch to the PS)

2) In the SPS supercycle there will be only LHCFAST (with 1 LHCPROBE bunch or 12 bunches) as MD cycle (to prepare the TI8 tests of the end of the week 23) OR MTE cycle. As CNGS is delayed (05/05/09), it should be possible, in fact, to always have a LHCFAST cycle.
