Week 34 - Floating Injector MD 

(From Tuesday 24/08 at 08:00 to Wednesday 25/08 at 08:00 in // to LHC)

The starting time of this MD as well as the actual number of MD hours depend on the beam request and filling of LHC

- Tuesday 08:00 - Tuesday 20:00 => Set up of the supercycle coastable at either 55 or 270 GeV/c. The cycle name is MD_25.92_55_270_2009_V1

Beam conditions: 12 bunches of LHC 25ns beam at half intensity (5e10 ppb)

- PSB user = LHC25A (only Ring 3, half intensity archive)

- PS user = LHC25

- SPS user = LHCMD2

- RF MMI target = LHC25NS

- Timing sequence = LHCMD2 0/1/2 (Coastable 55-270 GeV)

For the coast, mask the following SIS interlocks: KICKERS_SPSRING (essentially for the MKD_EARLY_ENABLED), switch off the MDSH119 (otherwise it will trip), POWER_CONVERTERS_TT10 (as some could trip during the coast) and BLRING_DUMP_CHANNEL_VETO.

- Tuesday 20:00 - Wednesday 07:00  =>  BBLR studies. Same beam condition, cycle and users as above

- Wednesday 07:00 - Wednesday 08:00  =>  Recovery from MD, switch back to physics
